Wet and Dry Cleaning Options

Choice is everything when it comes to customised cleaning solutions! Unique to the Gold Coast, PHJ Services offer both Wet and Dry Carpet sanitation methods for residential and commercial properties. We recommend the hot water extraction method of cleaning but if, for whatever reason, this is not suitable for you then one of our staff will be happy to discuss the best alternative.

At PHJ we don’t cut corners, we clean them! For those hard to reach, small or tight fit areas our staff carry with them specialised cleaning hand tools and step tools so every inch of your home is clean and sparkling!

Client Requirements

Our technicians will not move furniture or fragile items unless requested on site and that you or another person is available to provide assistance.

To ensure a great finish to your carpets, vacuum the area first and remove dry soils. Depending on your needs, PHJ can vacuum your carpets for you at an additional charge, please just let us know beforehand.
