For commercial business, such as restaurants and conference facilities, we can clean and refresh your large tiled areas and restore that sharp, professional look to your establishment.
 
How often should you have your tiled floors professionally cleaned? High use areas will need more regular cleaning, for example the kitchen, while outdoor shady areas can develop mould so it’s a good idea to have a professional clean before it gets unsightly.
 
PHJ’s state-of-the-art equipment is efficient and effective, delivering a thorough clean to your Tiles and Grout. We apply hot water under high pressure using a cleaning wand, to blast away dirt, grime and stubborn stains. The water is vacuumed to a waste tank almost simultaneously, avoiding flooding and water damage to your home.  

 

Time Frame:

As a guide, it takes approximately two hours to clean 50 sq/m of tiles. As the water is vacuumed away almost as soon as it is applied, the surface will be dry and ready to walk on within 30 minutes.

Client Requirements:

Please clear the area to be cleaned of any furniture, shoes, toys and any other objects prior to our arrival. Upon arrival, please direct our staff to an accessible garden tap to connect the hose from our equipment.
