Conan arrived early and was extremely organised and efficient. He completed the job thoroughly and carefully, even taking the time wipe our tiled floors dry! It is the little details such as this combined with the positive 'can do' attitude we received from all of your staff that will result in us being repeat customers.

A week ago I had Danny and Louie visit my house to do a termite inspection. I write now as I save your contact details for referrals and later use. Also, to let you know just how pleased I was with the thoroughness, professionalism and knowledge of these guys.

I have had several other inspections and treatments performed elsewhere, though none of your “competition” that I used previously, even come close to Danny and Louie.
Several points particularly sold it for me:
• Access and use of specialist tools for the job.
• Inspection of topplates in the ceiling (which I know is a bugger of job and often skipped)
• Amount of time spent inspecting every corner thoroughly.
As I was not the one paying for the inspection, I am not aware of your rates.
So long as they are reasonable, you can count on my continued support and referrals, while you maintain the same standards into the future.

My neighbour who also had an inspection performed, similarly voiced his wholehearted approval. These guys are a cut above the rest.

I look forward to getting the guys back in 6 months for a follow-up.

I would like to commend you on the excellent service you have provided us over the last 2 weeks during the busy July school holidays.

I would especially like to thank Mike for his commitment to providing excellent quality and fast service. We have had several instances where we had a short window of time to clean carpets before guests arrived and Mike endeavoured to service our apartments as quickly and efficiently as possible. Mike is an exemplary employee and we thank him for the great work he did today in apartment 13A. His customer service skills and work ethic are outstanding.

I would just like to say how impressed I was with my carpet after David cleaned it for me on Friday 22nd June.

Having had it cleaned a few time since buying the house, which had been rented so there were many stains that I had no idea what they were, David was able to remove most of these.

He was a very pleasant young guy, careful with my furniture and tidied up after the job was finished. I would gladly recommend your business and David to anyone enquiring about a good carpet cleaner and in my business we need carpets cleaned regularly.

By way of follow up to my telephone conversation with Gary today, my husband and I wish to express our sincere thanks and gratitude to your company and, in particular, to Mr Mike Toohey for his professional and friendly service yesterday as well as his PERFECT cleaning job of our lounge and carpet.

We have both lived on the gold Coast for our whole life and as you would be aware, at times it is difficult to find this sort of service. Mike and his expertise in this field was a breath of fresh air and he and his work has left us dumbfounded to tell you the truth.

We have had our lounge and carpet cleaned on many occasions and never have they come up so beautifully. They look brand new. As if this isn't good enough, Mike is such a lovely person and credit to your company. We feel you are extremely fortunate to have such a person in your employ. He is so professional, courteous, well spoken, well mannered and a nice guy! He is a wonderful advertisement for your company and even spoke to me about other services that you offered, i.e. grout cleaning.

I have told at least 6 people today about this service and will be telling many more. I work with a lot of people and will be also telling all of my customers as well.

I have been employed in Property Management on the Gold Coast for over twenty (20) years and I have seen my fair share of carpet cleaning companies.

In early 2000, following numerous failed attempts by less then professional carpet cleaners, I gave 'Peter’s Hydro Jet' a trial. Five (5) years later I am still using this company who strive to perform to the highest standards and are always both available and reliable.

Peter’s Hydro Jet Services have been providing a Pest Control Service to us (at the Grand Mariner) for a number of years now, and we wouldn’t use anyone else. They do a great job and their staff are friendly, professional and very knowledgeable. We would not hesitate to recommend their services.

I am just dropping you a line to tell you how happy I am with the job done on my carpet at the 'Ipanema'. I am obsessive compulsive and I'm very pleased with the result of the cleaning.

When I came home to clean carpet the other day you made me one very happy lady. I will continue to use your services in the future and will highly recommend your company to others.

Some two weeks ago on the 13th of this month, you sent a young man to clean our stair carpets. At the time of giving the order, I had mentioned the difficulty of getting a good job done on the Gold Coast after a succession of cowboy carpet cleaners whose main aim was to get on to the next job.

In the event, your man, who identified himself as 'Brett' on the invoice, did an excellent job.

Not only did he clean the area to our satisfaction at the agreed price, but advised us on the state of the carpet, leading us to having the area Scotchguarded on his advice.

As well as knowing his job, he as well dressed, well mannered and very helpful. This is a rare combination in this day and age and we would be grateful if these comments could be passed on to him. He is a fine ambassador for your company and you are to be congratulated.
