I have just re-read your advertisement in the 'Yellow Pages' and appreciate the workmanship met the standards advertised.

As you are aware, my carpet and lounge-suite were cleaned yesterday and I am delighted with the results.

I live in an apartment where space is restricted, it must have been a difficult task for Thor. Thor arrived early, giving us time to discuss his proposed routine, making it much easier for both of us. He worked constantly during the time he was here, an extremely kind, considerate and conscientious worker. Please express my gratitude. I thank you also for providing an excellent service.

P.S. Gary, my lounge-suite is old but, by no means an antique. It was selected by my son, sadly,now deceased; it is of great sentimental value to me. It is my son's birthday this week and, that prompted me to have the suite cleaned. Please express my gratitude to Thor for taking such care.
