Dear Gary and your wonderful staff,

We would like to thank all of you for the wonderful service you provided for us. We came home from holidays to a flooded house and from beginning to end you have all been so good. Gary, as you already know you have fantastic staff who are very friendly and professional. Your team did a fantastic job in getting us back to normal again.
