Just a message to say how impressed my husband and myself were with the service we received from Inho Kim 2 weeks ago.

He phoned us to say he would be 10 minutes early and when he arrived he was extremely professional and courteous.

Inho worked really hard and had fantastic attention to detail; I noticed he checked over all his work and it seemed important to him, as well as to us, that he did a great job. Let me tell you, this is very rare.

There are not many people in the service industry these days who take so much pride in their work and Inho really did make a strong impression on both of us.

My husband was cleaning the glass doors at the time the couch was being steam cleaned and he noticed that Inho cleaned all the frames as he finished each door. This was not part of his job at all and this was an extra he seemed happy to do. He absolutely went out of his way to make the job perfect and we appreciate it very much.

Inho is a credit to your company and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs the service. He is an extremely polite, customer service focussed perfectionist!
